A new roof is a big, often unplanned expense. The good news: you usually have more options than "pay it all at once." Here's how most homeowners handle it.
Financing / monthly payment plans
Many homeowners spread the cost over time with a monthly payment plan instead of paying the whole bill up front. We offer financing options - ask about them when you get your estimate, and we'll walk you through what's available.
Insurance (for storm or sudden damage)
If your roof was damaged by a storm or other covered event, your homeowner's insurance may help. Document the damage with photos and dates, and we can inspect and document it clearly to support a claim. (Normal wear and age generally aren't covered.)
Phasing the work
If a full replacement isn't urgent, sometimes a smart repair buys you time to plan and budget. An honest inspection tells you whether that's a safe call or whether waiting will cost more - see repair vs. replacement.
One caution: be wary of any contractor pushing you to sign on the spot or pay a large amount in cash up front. A reputable roofer gives you a clear, itemized quote and reasonable terms. More on that in how to choose a roofing contractor.
